A compact machine is judged in the field, not on the specification sheet. Our production system is organised around the things that fail first: hydraulics, welds, paint and electrical connections.
01 / Production
From steel to shipment.
Cutting and forming
Cutting and forming are done on CNC equipment. Plate thickness and grade are checked against the drawing before a part enters the line.
Welding and inspection
Welded structures are inspected visually, with penetration checks on structural joints. Nothing moves to the paint line until the weld has been signed off.
Pre-treatment and paint
Painting uses a multi-stage pre-treatment. A baked top coat follows, which is what protects a machine left outdoors between jobs.
Assembly and final test
Every unit is assembled, filled, run and tested before it is packed. Test records travel with the machine documentation.

Spare parts
Filters, seals, hydraulic components and undercarriage parts are stocked for current models. Wear parts can be ordered with the machine or later, against the model and serial number.
02 / Capacity
Volume without loose ends.
Capacity is only useful if it is repeatable. Fabrication, paint and final test stay in sequence, and the same checks apply whether a machine is built for a domestic customer or an export order.
