No trading layer between you and the plant.
YHONG is a factory and an exporter, not a trading company reselling another plant’s machines. Your order is quoted, built and documented by the same team, so specification questions reach the people who assemble the machine.
How we buildBuilt under one roof
Cutting, welding, paint and final assembly all happen in our own Jining plant. The machine that leaves the line is the machine we built, not a unit passed through a third-party assembler.
One quote, one supplier
Your quotation comes from the factory that will build the machine, with the specification and destination port on the same document. There is no intermediary to re-quote the order or add a layer of margin.
Configured for your market
Engine, lighting, decals and documentation are matched to the market you sell into, and CE-related configurations are available on request. The final specification is confirmed in writing before production starts.
Parts after the sale
Filters, seals, hydraulic components and undercarriage parts are held for the models we currently build. Send the model and serial number and we will identify the part and the shipping option.

Inside the Jining plant.
One site, one production flow, and a team that builds compact machines for export markets.
Cutting, welding, paint and assembly run under one roof in Jining. Steel is cut and formed, welded into chassis and boom structures, then moved through our own paint line and final assembly. Each machine is checked and run before it is packed for export, and the team that builds it also prepares the documentation that travels with it.

05 / From order to shipment
Specified, built, tested, loaded.
A short, documented route from your application to the port. The commercial details are set out in your quotation, not left to assumption.
Specify
Tell us the work the machine has to do, the ground or surface it will run on, and the destination port. We confirm the model, attachments and documentation in your quotation.
Build and test
The machine is built to the agreed specification, then checked and run before it is packed. Inspection points and test records are confirmed with your quotation.
Load and ship
We load at Qingdao Port and prepare the export documents for your destination. The shipping schedule and container plan are confirmed with your quotation.

Questions buyers ask.
What is the smallest machine you build?
The QH09 is our smallest model, a 0.8 t class mini excavator. It suits tight-access utility work, landscaping and rental fleets that need a compact machine one operator can move and position without a large trailer.
Can you configure a machine for my market?
Yes. Engine, lighting, decals and documentation are set for the destination market, and CE-related configurations are available on request. The final specification is confirmed in writing with your quotation before production starts.
How many machines fit in a container?
Loading depends on the model and the attachments. In practice a 40 ft container carries two to six machines, and we confirm the exact loading plan and container type with your quotation.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Filters, seals, hydraulic components and undercarriage parts are available for the models we build. Send the model and serial number with your parts enquiry so we can identify the correct item.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome in Jining, and we can arrange a video audit of the production line and test bay when travel is not practical. Contact us with your dates and the models you want to see.
