Forklift Loaders

The YHONG ME600 forklift loader brings fork handling to a loader platform designed for unpaved yards and active sites. It is aimed at buyers who move palletised or bulky materials over rough ground and do not want to depend on a warehouse truck.

Forklift Loaders

Overview

A standard warehouse forklift works well on a finished floor, but gravel yards, site roads and temporary surfaces demand something different. The ME600 is built on a loader chassis, with the weight, ground clearance and tyre footprint needed to keep traction when the surface is loose or uneven. Fork position and lift are controlled from the operator station, and the machine is intended to pick, carry and place loads over short to medium distances rather than to stack at height in narrow aisles. Buyers should match the fork spread and the rated load to the pallet or bulk bag they handle most often, and check ground conditions on the routes the machine will use.

Typical users include building material suppliers, brick and block yards, timber merchants, agricultural suppliers and contractors moving palletised goods around a site. The machine also handles pipe, kerbstone and precast units where a crane is not practical.

03 / Engineering

What every machine shares.

Loader chassis stability

A wide, heavy chassis and large tyres keep the machine planted when carrying a load over uneven ground.

Fork carriage for bulky loads

The carriage is arranged for pallets, bulk bags and sawn timber, with the ground clearance needed to pick from gravel and rough surfaces.

Traction on unpaved surfaces

The drivetrain and tyre specification are chosen for gravel, soil and site roads where a warehouse truck would lose grip.

One operator, one pass

One operator can collect, transport and place a load without a second machine or a trailer, which shortens internal material flows.

04 / FAQ

Forklift Loaders: common questions

How is a forklift loader different from a telehandler?

A forklift loader carries loads at carriage height and is built for rough ground and short hauls. A telehandler adds a telescopic boom for reach and stacking height. If most work is yard transport rather than high placement, the loader format is simpler.

Can the ME600 load trucks?

Yes, where the lift height and approach suit the truck bed. Check the load against rated capacity, keep the route level, and use a bank, ramp or dock where the height difference would otherwise be too great.

What surfaces can it work on?

Compacted gravel, soil, demolition material and temporary site roads are the intended ground. Check bearing capacity after rain and avoid soft edges, unshored trenches and steep side slopes when the machine is loaded.

What fork options should I consider?

Fork length, spread and carriage type should match the pallet or bulk bag handled most often. Side-shifting carriages help in tight yards, and attachments such as bag hooks or extension sleeves should be rated for the load.
